Lili la Malice has selected PayPal to process your payment. With this secure system, you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eChecks or funds from you personal PayPal account.

How long does it take for my order to ship ?
Most items are made to your exact specifications. It may take up to one week after your payment has cleared for us to create your special piece. Then, depending on the size and weight of your package, it can take up to three weeks to ship. Remember - it has to come all the way from France. But good things come to those who wait, and in most cases, shipping takes less than three weeks. Smaller packages usually arrive in 10 days.
How much does shipping cost ?
Lili la Malice
charges a flat fee of $5 to cover all shipping and handling. And, we don't
have to charge sales tax - we're in France, remember?
Do you take returns ?
All sales are final. However, we want you to be satisfied - thrilled, actually - with your purchase. So if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know! If there was a mistake or if your items were damaged or faulty, we'll arrange for a return or exchange.
Remember, you
are responsible for providing us with accurate sizing information. Please
measure carefully to ensure a good fit. Review the charts below for guidance.
How do I know what size hat or gloves I wear ?
Here are the sizes we use as references when creating our products. Half sizes should order a size up.
How to measure
your head
Take a measuring tape and place it around the circumference of the head, slightly
above the ears. A mirror or a friend can be helpful!

How To Measure your hand.
The secret to great gloves and marvelous mittens is a good fit. So pull out
your measuring tape. With your hand flat, measure around your knuckles. Do
not include your thumb.
